The Ministry of Ecology and Environment on January 5 rolled out interim rules for carbon emissions trading management, which will take effect on February 1. This is the first time the country has clarified the responsibilities of the enterprises to cut greenhouse gas emissions.
1月5日，生態環境部發布《碳排放權交易管理辦法（試行）》，將於2月1日起實施。這是第一次從國家層面，將温室氣體減排的責任壓實到企業。
Under the recommendations for formulating China's 14th five-year development plan and the long-range goals for 2035, China will pursue clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient use of energy and accelerate the growth of new energy and green industries to promote greener economic and social development in all respects.
根據“十四五”規劃和2035年遠景目標建議，中國將推動能源清潔低碳安全高效利用，加快新能源、綠色環保等產業發展，促進經濟社會發展全面綠色轉型。
